What counts as a "session"?

A session is a single user interaction window. For the Text Input Monitor (SDK), it's a writing session—from when a user starts typing until they submit or leave. For the Behavior Tracker, it's a browsing session—a visitor's continuous activity on your site (30-minute timeout). One user writing an essay = one SDK session. One visitor browsing your site = one Pixel session.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

On the Starter plan, tracking pauses after 10,000 sessions (your site still works, just without our monitoring). On Pro, you'll be charged $1.00 per additional 1,000 sessions. Enterprise plans have custom arrangements.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade anytime and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrade at any billing cycle end. No lock-in contracts on monthly plans.

What is "data region" and why does it matter?

When you create your account, you choose US or EU as your data region. This determines where all your data is stored and processed—and it’s permanent. Your data never leaves your chosen region. Enterprise customers can create subaccounts in different regions (e.g., a US subaccount and an EU subaccount under one parent billing account), ideal for global organizations.

Do you offer discounts for education or non-profits?

Yes! We have dedicated academic pricing for K-12 schools, colleges, and universities—flat annual fees based on FTE (Full-Time Equivalent enrollment) with unlimited sessions. Non-profits receive 50% off Pro plans. Request an academic quote or contact us with your organization details.

How does billing work?

Monthly plans are billed on the same day each month. Annual plans are billed upfront with a 17% discount. We accept all major credit cards and can arrange invoicing for Enterprise customers.
